What We Did
Rowes Meadows is a small and select development of beautiful, grand, new three, four, five and six bedroom houses in a classic countryside location close to the English Riviera, all created to reflect the rich architecture and heritage of the area.
The material specified for the roof coverings was natural Spanish slate, this material offers, traditional elegance with its a natural beauty, suitable for both traditional and modern architecture. Natural slate also offers durability and versatility, providing a waterproof layer and ability to withstand extreme environmental and weather conditions making it an idea roof covering for this development. All roofs were double lapped and nail fixed, in a broken bond pattern. A leadsmith was required to waterproof the perimeters and abutments.
Western Counties Roofing deployed an average of four roofers on site this project ran to schedule and was completed in 52 weeks.
